Good news! Harrys Gym Recording Studio has acquired a new mixer, Amek Angela Blue!
Nancy Drew recorded an album here just before christmas.
Årabrot recorded a 7" featuring noise artist Stian Skagen, Emil Nicolaisen mixed it!

Harrys Gym are finishing their tour of Norway at Blå, Saturday the 22nd! Featuring a preview of the brand new music video, by director Vibeke Heide!

Sigh and Explode are being mixed by Emil Nicolaisen in Harrys Gym Recording Studio! It sounds absolutly mindblowing!

Harrys Gym release concert will be held at Kampen Bistro, Oslo, October 27th! Early concert start, 2100. Check the web page for other dates in Norway!

I was a King is mixed by Nick Terry in Harrys Gym Recording Studio! Mr. Terry has previously worked with Libertines and Klaxons among many many others!

Charlotte and the Co-stars came by the studio and recorded a track.
Sigh and Explode finished their album!

Harrys Gym has completed their long awaited album! If you happen to be in Oslo October 20th, there will be a grand release party at Kampen Bistro!

The Oslo-based bluegrass band Colonel Lacerations recorded some tracks. Check them out on myspace!
Senit recorded a new single!

Sorry about the lack of updates the latest months, the studio has been busy! Here is some of the things that has happened:

April: Maribel completed their debut album
May: Roger Græsberg recorded two wonderful songs
June: Wolverines recorded an album, produced by Carl Svensson, Glenn Sætre recorded an album.
July: Harrys Gym mixed the remaining songs for the upcoming album, it will be released on Hype City!
Sigh and Explode recorded an album, produced by Bjarne Stensli.
Apotygma Berzerk mixed one song with Emil Nicolaisen.

March 08
Delillos '85 (N) has done a preprod for the upcoming album.
The brand new band Herostratos (N)has done a great recording!

February 08
Ingrid Olava (N) has recorded her cover version of 'Les Mondes Engloutis' (from Shagma!)
Surferosa (N) has recorded another cover, Controversy, by Prince.
Emil Nicolaisen (Serena Maneesh) has mixed two tracks for Maribel (N), they turned out great!
Gargamel finished their recording. It will be mixed later in april.

The band Harrys Gym has their first release ready! It will be available both as digital, on cd and a dead sexy Vinyl Maxi Singel! It will hit the market soon!

Gargamel (prog band based in Oslo) stardet recording.
Sally Suicide is finishing the recording for their EP
Bergen Manolin Band has recorded an amazing album
Silver mixed their track "Die 78" with Emil Nicolaisen

The last album from Yum Yums has been mixed by Bjarne Stensli

Harrys Gym has finally mastred the upcoming release in Sterling Sound. Release date will be announced soon!

Emil Nicolaisen (Serena Maneesh) is currently mixing Hope I Die Virgin in HGStudio. It sounds amazing, Emil has really laid the final touch on the recording!

The Flying Fellinis has released their newest recording 'Icebreaker' on MySpace. Visit for a free listen!

Bjarne, I was very happy to come by your studio and found it very well
equiped and comfortable.
It impressed me as a good place to make records. You seem to have
done very well in the short time you have been operating as a
studio. I was very impressed with your outboard gear and microphone
selection. I would consider working at your studio any time I would
need a place in Oslo. Perhaps some day the opportunity will come again.
